Reiki Level 1 provides you with a foundational understanding of the chakra system, educates you on the energetic connection between mind, body and spirit and a powerful and potent hands-on technique and meditation practice to promote healing, elevated health and overall enhanced well-being in yourself and others.
You learn how to connect to your own inner compass for massive clarity and the ability to be comfortable in stillness.
